Child Safety Standards
FaithLinked (operated by KairoX) maintains a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These Child Safety Standards describe how we prohibit, detect, respond to, and report CSAE on FaithLinked. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Safety Guidelines.
1. Age requirement
FaithLinked is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Service. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will immediately and permanently ban the account and remove associated content, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
Users may not create, upload, store, share, request, solicit, link to, or otherwise facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct;
- child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, including grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts to engage minors in sexual activity;
- content that endangers children, including trafficking, exploitation, or predatory contact involving minors.
This prohibition covers photos, videos, messages, profile content, community posts, and any other material on FaithLinked. Violations result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement and child-protection authorities.
3. In-app reporting
FaithLinked provides in-app tools so users can report safety concerns, including profiles or content that appear to involve a minor or otherwise raise child-safety issues. Users can report from a profile or related surfaces and select reasons such as “Appears to be under 18,” inappropriate content, harassment, or other concerns. Users may also contact us at kairoxsolutions@gmail.com for urgent child-safety reports.
4. How we respond to CSAE and CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, or of an underage user, we take appropriate action as quickly as practicable, which may include:
- removing the content;
- restricting or permanently banning the account;
- preserving relevant records as required for safety, legal, or reporting purposes;
- reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.
We use a combination of user reports, automated systems, and human review. Moderation decisions related to child safety are final and non-appealable when we determine that CSAE, CSAM, or underage use is involved.
5. Legal compliance
KairoX complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where FaithLinked operates, including obligations to address CSAM after obtaining actual knowledge of it and to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement related to child safety, subject to applicable law.
