Delete your account

Google Play and our privacy commitments require a clear way to delete your FaithLinked account and associated personal data. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the FaithLinked app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted. You may be asked to re-authenticate for security.

What happens when you delete

• Your profile, photos, messages, and account credentials are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
• We may retain indefinitely moderation records, ban records, report records, safety logs, transaction records, legal holds, and data required by law or needed to protect KairoX's rights, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel billing in your store account settings if needed.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app or need assistance deleting your account, email kairoxsolutions@gmail.com from the email address registered to your FaithLinked account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
